Do you take walk-ins?
Yes, when an esthetician is open we are happy to fit you in. Booking ahead guarantees your spot, and on-time booked clients are always seen first.
What happens if I run late?
We hold your appointment time, not your late arrival, and there is no grace period. If you arrive late we treat you as a walk-in and take you as soon as an esthetician is free, after any clients who are booked and on time.
A few minutes early is perfect, especially on your first visit, so there is time to check in before your service.
The first visit is the most sensitive, and it fades quickly after that. Our estheticians wax all day, so they are fast and precise, and regular waxing makes each visit easier as the hair grows back finer.
Waxing pulls hair from the root, so you stay smooth for three to four weeks instead of a day or two, with no stubble and no razor burn. Over time the hair grows back finer and sparser, and with light exfoliation you get fewer ingrowns than shaving. For the best results, skip the razor between visits.
About a quarter inch, roughly two weeks of growth. That is long enough for the wax to grip cleanly. Please do not shave in between visits.
Most clients stay smooth for three to four weeks. Rebooking on that four-week rhythm keeps you smooth year-round and unlocks the Maintenance rate.
Yes, you are welcome. You may be a little more sensitive that week, and we ask that you wear a tampon for a Brazilian.
